LINK's leader, Todd Sebastian, is a Procter & Gamble marketing, branding, and business-development veteran

Todd leads LINK Training & Consulting, motivated by a simple mission: “To help clients connect more strongly with their target audiences.” Over the course of his 30-year career, Todd has had the privilege to work for some of the marketing industry’s most prestigious companies—including Procter & Gamble (Brand Manager), dunnhumbyUSA (Vice President, Client Leadership), Northlich (Chief Client Officer), and Interbrand (Executive Director, North America)—and he’s been honored to be selected as a marketing partner by many impressive client organizations. Todd is also the author of the best-selling book Tell Your Clients Where to Go! A Practical Guide to Providing Passionate Client Leadership, which is graciously endorsed by John E. Pepper, Retired Chairman and CEO of Procter & Gamble (and Retired Chairman of the Board, The Walt Disney Company).


As needed, Todd taps into and connects with his vast network of specialists, to create a team of experts tailored to a particular client's needs. He is committed to ensuring every client receives and pays for exactly—and only—what they need. This includes veteran graphic designers, copywriters, media buyers, PR professionals, and more. Unlike traditional agency models, LINK's clients don't pay for junior staff members and/or unnecessary overhead.
